Electronics Engineer

The Electronics Engineer will be a key member of the R&D team creating leading-edge electronics for our high-tech equipment in a collaborative environment. You will develop a variety of electronic devices that enable high performance 3D imaging, mainly with photonic devices.

Your assignment

  • With your hands-on approach to electronics development, you develop and maintain schematics and PCB designs for high quality instruments.
  • In the current time of component shortages, you think ahead and find creative solutions to keep production going.
  • You work on multi-disciplinary projects in a team with Mechanical and Software engineers.
  • Together with the production engineer you ensure that MILabs own production crew can implement your designs in the MILabs products by creating test and assembly documentation. Depending on your specific experience several interesting projects are foreseeable with a focus on for example HDL, Embedded systems or very low noise analog design.

Background & experience

To be successful in this job you need to be in the possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, or related field.
You have hands-on experience in the electronic design process from concept to product. Furthermore, you are a self-starter, team player and a creative problem solver with a flexible attitude plus excellent communication skills.
