All the beds are specially designed for the U-SPECT and the U-CT. These beds are made of PMMA, a strong transparent material suitable for SPECT scans and x-ray CT. Several rat and mouse models are available with different options for your dedicated applications.

For animal scanning the beds are equipped with a transparent heating device. This allows regulation of animal temperature through a heating mat placed under the animal. A small tube connected to a mouth cap delivers gas anesthesia to the animal during scanning.
